Daily Schedule:
Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs have a structured schedule with approximately 6 to 8 hours dedicated to various aspects of yogic practice every day. Depending on the season, whether it's winter or summer, our morning sessions typically start around 6:00am with chanting mantras, followed by asana practices. Meditation and pranayama are also integral parts of our daily schedule.
Throughout the course, you'll be provided with three nutritious yogic meals a day, along with fruit refreshments and green tea. Additionally, you'll be assigned daily written homework or assignments as part of your training. These assignments are designed to deepen your understanding of the subjects covered in the course.
As part of our yogic practice, we strongly encourage all students to prioritize early bedtime.
